All software products come with online user instructions, email and telephone support.
For services or products we have not provided, we would recommend contacting the supplier.
If your product has expired the support period, you can find support for most products, including hardware and software by searching the internet.
Tips and notes of caution: When searching the internet for technical support, cross reference the information by looking at several explanations. Quite often there is more than one way of reaching the same objective. You may find one explanation easier to follow than another. Always make notes at each stage of any progress, especially any changes you make to your systems. Always make back up copies of any files prior to changes and never delete anything unless you are certain of the consequences.
